My Story
For me, food has always been a way to bring people together. Growing up around a mix of cultural flavours shaped how I cook today—flavour driven, balanced, and meant to be shared.

My first job in the food industry was in fast food, where I gained an early look into large-scale food systems and how convenience and consistency shape the way people eat. It sparked a curiosity in me about eating habits and a desire to create something more intentional, connected, and rooted in real ingredients.

As I continued working in kitchens, I began to notice a disconnect between people and their food. I became interested not just in how to cook, but in the deeper role food plays in how we feel day to day. During COVID, my own eating habits became more reactive than intentional, and I experienced firsthand the impact that had on my energy, digestion, and overall balance. Returning to simple, whole foods shifted that.
That experience led me to study holistic nutrition, where I began to understand how food, lifestyle, and daily habits work together to support the body. This felt like a natural extension of my work in the kitchen, one that allowed me to support people in a more meaningful way. Today, my work brings these two worlds together. Through Zoe’s Kitch, I offer private dining, in-home culinary care, personalized nutrition support and local taco pup-ups—creating meals that are thoughtful, satisfying, and designed to fit seamlessly into real life.

My Professional Background
Culinary Management
Graduate of  George Browns Culinary Management program .  Upon completing the program I led kitchen operations and menu development as a head chef and restaurant manager.
Al Fresco
My entrepreneurial spirit led me to create Al Fresco, a taco pop-up collaborating with local wineries and cideries to offer fresh food to their guests.
Wellness Education
Studied Holistic Nutrition at CSNN  gaining knowledge on  how whole-food nourishment supports the body's natural ability to restore balance.
